As Alexa and William walked to the Pizzeria, he took her hand in his and Alexa was beaming that this man she thought to be straitlaced and too square is now acting more and more relaxed with her, with himself. She smiled up at him when he glanced at her and squeezed his hand gently. To her surprise, William swiftly kissed her on the cheek, and then her forehead before coming to a complete stop and facing her towards him as he cupped her face with both his hands and kissed her full in the mouth. Alexa kissed him back, shy at first, then willing as William's tongue found hers and lightly sucked and nibbled her lower lip. And then to her horror of horrors, her stomach grumbled. William pulled back and looked at her, his eyes widened then squinted as he teased her, "Oh, hello, Bill, me stomach, me so hungry, you so horny, please take care of the tummy." Alexa blushed and covered her face with her hands and kept saying "Oh my god, no, no, I am so embarrassed." Alexa said but was giggling at the same time, while William tried to pry her hands off her face to see her lovely smile and hear her laugh. "We better take care of your stomach before it calls me again." He said as he took Alexa's hand once more and they both started towards the Pizzeria.
"Do you really have to go now?" Hailey asked Nicky, as she tried not to sound desperate or pleading. Nicky didn't even look up at her as he put his boots on and said, "Yeah, afraid so. Lain is by herself with only the staff in the house." Nicky said, still putting his other boots on and not even looking at Hailey. Hailey shook her head and as much as she did not want to question him, she felt she needed to ask him what it was that she's done wrong. Nicky was distant and it bothered her that he seemed so eager earlier to be with her only to treat her now like he's satiated and that is it for him. Nicky was making her feel cheap and used. Hailey felt her anger rising slowly within her. "So this is it? I won't be hearing from you again?" she snapped at Nicky, her voice coming out more forceful and demanding than she intended. At that moment, Nicky looked up at her with a confused look in his eyes that turned into a slight annoyance. "Come on, we both know what this is, going in. You know I have to get back to Afghanistan after this leave meant to look after and be with my sister. I don't know what you want from me, Hailey." Nicky said with a hint of irritation in his voice. Hailey felt a lump in her throat. She attempted to change the subject in the hopes that Nicky will just forego her outburst, but Nicky stopped her from formulating the words in her mouth, as he continued, "I'm sorry, Hailey, but I am not looking to be with anyone right now, in terms of a relationship. I made that clear the other night." Nicky said with a straight face. His expression wasn't really apologetic or contrite. His expression was of a person who seemed determined to just get the hell out of there. After seeing Nicky's expression, Hailey allowed the anger building inside her to get a hold of her as she scowled "Just get the fuck out then, Nick! I am sorry I ever met you!" as she buried her face on the pillow. Nicky felt bad and sat next to Hailey in bed as he tried to caress her back and comfort her, "Hailey, you're a very nice girl, but sweetie, I cannot be in a relationship with anyone right now." Nicky explained to her, his voice calmer than when he spoke to her earlier. And before Nicky can continue, a sharp object hit his temple. Hailey swung the ashtray by her bedside table at Nicky, cold cocking him right on the left side of his head. Blood trickled down as Nicky got up fast holding his temple. "What the fuck, Hailey?!" he exclaimed, he was caught by surprise with her action. Hailey got up from the bed and started screaming at Nicky to "Get the fuck out, Nick, get the fuck out!" Nicky looked at her, she couldn't be more than five foot six, he can easily snap her neck with his bare hands or sucker punch her one time and she'd be out cold, but Nicky just backed away from her slowly towards the stairs, shaking his head in dismay at her behavior. Hailey followed him down the stairs as two men in the bar looked up at the commotion. They saw a guy holding his forehead with blood trickling down his face and Hailey screaming after him. The two men, looking like truckers, got up from their seats and walked towards Nicky. "Everything alright, Hailey?" one of the men asked the still screaming Hailey. Nicky eyed the man directly and said, "Look, man, I don't want any trouble, just let me get the fuck as far away from here as possible." Hailey yelled at the two men and said, "Go fuck him up; he tried to get fresh with me!" Nicky looked up the stairs where Hailey was, shook his head in disappointment and thought to himself, "Here we go."
Lily pulled at up the security gates of Green Terrace and pressed the intercom button. Theodore picked up and opened the gates for her. Lily drove her Monster Ducati up the five mile stretch of Martin's driveway. When Martin called her earlier, he asked that she didn't go in to GSI and head to the terrace as he has a "special project" for her at his home. "Hell, the man can ask me for a pint of blood and I will cut myself to give it to him." Lily sheepishly thought to herself. The Ducati he gave her as a reward for her hard work was at least sixteen thousand dollars without the amenities, but her motorcycle was equipped with a GPS system, a tracking security system, an iPod jack and a small compartment for her knapsack. The man thought of everything, as she smiled to herself, completely idolizing her boss, Martin. Lily parked her Monster right nearby the doors of Green Terrace and pressed the door chime. Theodore opened the doors for her and asked her to follow him in the South Wing foyer of the manor. Lily was still wearing her helmet and she looked like one of those Japanese anime with the small bodies and big heads. As they entered the foyer, she saw Martin Green reading the papers and another person also reading the papers, covering the identity of the person behind it. Martin Green looked up at Lily as Theodore announced her arrival and excused himself after he's asked Lily if there was anything she would like Martha to bring out from the kitchen. Lily asked for some hot cocoa and donuts. Theodore smiled upon hearing Lily's request as he nodded and exited. "Lily Moore, how are you, kiddo?" Martin greeted her. Just then, the other person holding the papers brought it down to the table and Lily saw Alaina as Alaina said, "Lily, it is so nice to see you again." Alaina said to her as she motioned Lily to remove her helmet. Lily blurted "Oh shit" as she took her helmet off and shook her green hair. Both Martin and Alaina looked at each other then Alaina said, "I must have been delirious in the hospital but I recall your hair color was purple." Martin nodded in agreement, chuckling. "Oh, yeah, Ms. Gold, it was purple, but you know, I kinda like to switch it up. Next two days, I am thinking pink or blue." Lily said proudly as Martin motioned for her to sit down and she sank down on the chair offered her. Alaina and her giggled as Alaina admired the vivid color green crowning Lily's pixie features. She has huge, doe crystal gray eyes, almost silver, short petite nose and full mouth that easily breaks into a huge grin. "She's a very pretty girl." Alaina thought to herself. And very brave to do what she did with Martin in their joint efforts to save her. "Newspaper? What are you two, gramps and grams?" Lily said as she took out her PDA to read with them. Martin lowered his paper as he eyed Lily and said, "I don't know about you, but I still enjoy the sound of pages rifling as I turn them." Then he winked at Alaina, as Alaina brought the cup of white coffee beans espresso to her lips. Alaina winked back at Martin. "Okey dokey." Lily said, as Theodore entered the foyer and set the hot cocoa and donuts tray besides Lily. "Saweet." Lily gleefully attempted a high five with Theodore which went unmet by the butler's hand as he did not know why Lily was trying to wave at him. Martin pushed a laptop at Lily's reach and told her what he wanted her to do. Lily was to find out as much as she can on a missing soldier's relatives, if there are any, in Albuquerque, including any government sealed documentation she can hacked into with her "genius". Then he looked at Alaina and said, "Fancy another swim?" as he raised from the table to give Lily the privacy she needs to do her work. Alaina stood up and told Lily to have fun as she let Martin take her hand and they both started towards the North Wing. "By the way, Lily, keep the green, I like it." Martin said as he and Alaina walked away. "It's very Green Steel." Martin added.
The stockier looking man swung his fist at Nicky, missing his face by an inch, as Nicky turned to the side of the man, catching his arm. Nicky then pulled the man's arm towards him and dropped cross his elbow on the man's arm as he clipped it with his other arm. The man went down on a kneeling position, his arm still locked in an arm bar by Nicky while the taller man tried to tackle Nicky, but Nicky met his charge with a swift side step and kneed the man as the man's arms wrapped his arms around his lower torso. The other man with his arm still in Nicky's hold shouted in agony as his arm locked in the armbar twisted when Nicky sidestepped the other man who lunged at him. The man who was kneed fell face down as Nicky ax kicked him in the back of his head and the man was out cold in an instant. The stockier man bit Nicky's forearm to release his grip on his arm and tried to sweep Nicky's feet out from under him but Nicky grabbed his head and placed the man on a choke hold. Nicky squeezed and the man passed out. Nicky released the choke hold and the man dropped on top of the other unconscious man. He then turned towards Hailey, whose mouth was wide open, and gave her a mock salute as he walked out of the tavern. Nicky walked up to the corner of the street and dialed Sonny at the terrace. "Hey, Nick-o, you need me to get you and Ms. Gold?" came the chipper voice of Sonny on the other line. Nicky informed him that it was only him needing a ride back to the terrace. Sonny was disappointed that Alexa must have gone home with the federal agent. He asked Nicky where he was and Nicky looked around and told him that he was in the corner of Cabrini Tower and Eastlake Street. "You're close by; I'll be there in 15 minutes." Sonny said as he got up from the bed and decided to take the Aston Martin to pick up Nicky.
Lily was hitting blocks after blocks on James Traynor's relatives. She was coming up with zero search results. "The guy is such a loser; no one wants to be related to him." Lily amused by her own train of thoughts, giggled at herself. She knew she didn't like that man when he was first introduced and was coming onboard GSI and she was right. There wasn't anything to like about the man. And what he did to Alaina Gold, who in the brief time she has interacted with, she found to be highly likeable and very nice, James Traynor must be punished to the maximum penalty the law allows. As Lily continued working on her search, she caught the Aston Martin pulling up the driveway and the driver/security man coming around to open the passenger door, but was stopped midway by the tall, dark haired man with a buzz cut who looked like a male version of Alaina Gold. Lily stopped working on her laptop and watched the guy with dark hair walked towards the door. Lily turned as she saw Theodore open the door for the guy. "Damn, he's a good looking dude." Lily muttered to herself and turned her attention once again on her computer. As Alaina and Martin bounded down the stairs, Alaina overheard Theodore asked Nicky, "Sir, you're bleeding, are you alright?" Alaina gasped upon seeing her brother holding his forehead as Martin followed her. "Nicky, oh my god, what happened?" she immediately rushed to her brother's side and tried to pry his hand off his face to look at the cut on his temple. Martin looked at Nicky and Nicky eyed Martin back with a curious look as it occurred to him Martin and Alaina were both wearing bathrobes. "Getting ready to jump in the bath or coming out of the bath." Nicky thought suspiciously. He was surprised to see Martin home as they were told he was detained in Denver with his meeting with some wealthy dick, Nicky slightly amused at his own thought, smiled secretly. Martin asked Theodore to call the family doctor to get Nicky looked at, but Nicky said it was just a scrape and nothing to worry about as his eyes caught sight of a green haired girl with her back to them, sitting at the foyer of the South Wing.
